Guest Liability Waiver and Trip Registration Form

Each Dezaiko Lodge guest must review our Booking, Cancellation and Refund policies and Liability Waiver. Then complete and submit the registration form below in order to make your trip reservation. Deposits are required within 7 days of your booking.

Note: You must both digitally sign the waiver and complete the registration form below.

Terms of Booking*

TRIP PAYMENTS

1.  Please choose trip dates, review our online Waiver and complete the Registration Form below for each guest.

2.  Payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit by each guest is required to reserve your trip.

3.  Final payment is due by November 1 prior to your trip.

4. Trip deposits and final payments can be made by E-Transfer (preferred) or cheque.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your trip we will not refund your payment.

Trips may be cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for refunding your payment. For your own financial protection, we advise you to purchase trip insurance.

Payments are non-refundable unless we can re-sell your spot (which may not be possible, or may be for a reduced price), less a 25% administration fee.

Purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment is strongly recommended.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Please protect your holiday investment by purchasing Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. No one plans on becoming ill or injured prior to or while on your trip but it does happen. We cannot stress the importance of this enough.

There are a number of insurance providers to choose from. LifeStyle Financial works with the Backcountry Lodges of British Columbia Association and is familiar with backcountry lodge guests’ needs.
